I just wanted to drop you a short note to thank you for sponsoring, coordinating and hosting the VB.NET course last week here in Salt Lake City. The teachers who attended enjoyed the workshop, and thought that Brian did a great job. I hope Microsoft will continue to provide teacher development activities such as this for our teachers. I'm sure you are aware that enrollments in information technology programs both at the high school and college levels are declining. Events such as this help to support IT education programs. Thanks again for your help and I hope similar opportunities will be available in the future.

Gentlemen
I wanted to formally thank you on behalf of the
Saskatoon Public Teachers that participated in the Microsoft Visual Studio.NET
training that recently took place at our training facility.
The feedback from the participants was very positive
and they indicated that Brian Scarbeau was well versed in the methodology of
best practice for teaching computing science at the secondary level. His
enthusiasm and expertise was well received and his professional manner made for
an exceptional 2 days of learning for the teachers, which will certainly
translate into a more relevant and enriched learning experience for our
students.
Once again my thanks for the planning and the
delivery of this valuable session to back up the recently acquired programming
tools for the province.
